In accordance with the NSSA Bylaws: “On November 1 of each odd numbered calendar year, the Executive Director shall determine, from the membership rolls of the Association as of October 31, the number of Directors for which each state, province or similar subdivision is entitled to vote and shall certify the same to the Executive Committee.”

Ballots will be sent to the membership during the week of April 5, 2010 to all members in good standing. Ballots will need to be mailed or faxed to Headquarters by no later than May 31, 2010; ballots received after that date cannot be counted.
